A: The LED extrusions can help to prevent contact damage if the LED strip is positioned within easy reach. And though they are not waterproof, extrusions can help prevent moisture.
The 6063-T5 aluminum profile can be the heat sink of LED strips to extend the life of LEDs.
Q: What's the advantages and disadvantages of PMMA and PC diffusers?
A: Light Transmittance: PMMA is better than PC, but the different is small.
UV Resistance: PMMA is better than PC, but the UV resistance certified PC is nice too.
Satin PMMA diffuser is with better surface finish than Satin PC diffuser.
PC diffuser is more flexible than PMMA diffuser. PMMA is fragile. The modified PMMA can be more flexible than original PMMA, but the UV resistance class will be down.
More and more customers choose PC diffuser now.
Q: Why not use silicone to make LED diffuser?
A: Diffused Silicone diffuser can offer soft light and good UV-resistance, but the diffused silicone diffuser may reduce the LED color temperature about 300K ~2000K(The higher LED color temperature, the bigger reduce). So you have to order customed LED color temperature to match the silicone diffuser. The light efficiency of Silicone diffuser is not so good as PMMA/PC.
Q: How about the quality of anodized finish to your LED Aluminum profiles?
A: Our LED Aluminum profiles is with two surface finish processing technology: 1, Acid anodized finish and alkaline anodized finish. 2, Sand blasting and alkaline anodized finish. They can almost fully remove the extrusion lines on the surface of aluminum profiles. The thickness of anodized coating is 8~10μ. That's why we can offer high quality surface finish LED aluminum profiles.

A: Yes, we can make black anodized finish for Aluminum profile with MOQ requested.
Q: Can you make power coating for LED Aluminum profile as per RAL color code?
A: Yes, with MOQ requested, we can make power coating for LED Aluminum profile as per RAL color code.
Q: Can we see the LED light dots from the diffuser?
A: Most of our opal and milky diffusers can make the LED light dots to be invisible. It also depends on the LED numbers and light emission distance from led to diffuser. Luckily COB LED strip can fully solve this problem.
Q: What’s your standard length for LED aluminum profiles in stock?
A: The standard length of hot sale models in stock is 2mt, 2.5mt or 3mt.
Q: Can we order special length for LED Aluminum profiles?
A: Yes, any length within 5mt can be made based on MOQ.

A: Standard carton box or retail package in paper tube. Wooden box or Pallet can be made upon your request.
